The Teaching and Learning Center is a faculty-managed facility designed to enhance teaching and learning excellence for full and part-time professional faculty and staff at the Michael J. Grant campus. The primary goal of the TLC is to offer workshops that include information and training covering three general categories:
1). Pedagogy and Excellence in Teaching
2). Multiculturalism and Diversity
The workshops offered are faculty-led, built from the lead faculty member’s respective academic training, pedagogical expertise, and experience, both in and out of the classroom, and offer the College community an opportunity to share and learn best practices. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with Windows and Mac computers and a large collection of software.
Would you like to share your expertise with your colleagues? Proposing a workshop for the TLC is easy and it looks great on your A form! Please contact Gregory Ryan, Grant Campus TLC Coordinator, at firstname.lastname@example.org if you’d like to share your expertise with your colleagues.
