The Physical Education Department is focused on providing opportunities to acquire skill, knowledge and ability in physical and fitness-related activities as a means of improving one’s quality of life.  In order to foster an appreciation and interest throughout life, the department strives to provide a variety of offerings which engage the college community regardless of experience or ability.  Courses promote a healthy lifestyle at any age and encourage individuals to recognize, practice and embrace life time well-being.
