As a student in a Biology course, you may need some Biology tutoring or wish to find a study room for quiet study or for group study. In that case, you may wish to visit the Biology Learning Center. You can contact the Biology Learning Center during regular tutor hours.

Perhaps you don't have a computer at home to do word processing in order to print out your laboratory report or research paper, or to do internet web searches for information you could download and include in your writing. Visit the Academic Computing Laboratory for hands-on assistance and for the appropriate software to bring your efforts to fruition.
Perhaps you're not sure of your career goals and want additional information of what courses you should take to enhance your career opportunities. Or maybe you just want to talk to someone about the opportunities in your chosen career. Visit the Career Services Office for whatever information you're looking for.
Perhaps you just want to talk to someone about your concerns. Contact one of your instructors at SCC Online Directory. He or she is more than willing to arrange for a conference in his or her office. If you want a neutral ear, you may want to visit the Ammerman Administration Building to make an appointment for a Counselor. They meet with students about any concerns, including academic, career, activities, sports, financial, personal, anxiety, etc.
