The winner of raffle prize need not be present at the time of the drawing. Winner is responsible for all taxes and other expenses associated with the acceptance and/or use of the prize. In the event that less than 300 tickets are sold, the drawing becomes an 80/20% drawing, with the winner receiving 80% of the total dollar amount of actual tickets sold and SCC?Foundation receiving 20%.
